Does it affect dogs?

Don't have a dog but it does NOT have any effect of vermin (mice, raccoons) coming into the house. This is a bogus piece of ****!
The seller claims this works for fleas. Has anyone used this for fleas? Did it kill them?

Does it really work ? Do you keep it plugged and on all the time ?

I plugged in two of these on opposite sides of my kitchen and left them running for several weeks. I cannot see that they did anything. In my opinion, no they do not work.
Does it work for knats and fruit flies?
